“Island Hop ~ The Game”, was originally created in 2007, by Virginia Beach resident, Tazz Anderson. It was first played in its prototype stages at the Summer Camp Programs at Inspiration Academy for the Performing Arts and it instantly became a crazed hit! Over the years, Inspiration Academy became the staging ground for test marketing the game to hundreds of excited “Island Hoppers” and the original version has not only been a proven success but morphed into this incredible party game that is available today. Island Hop was introduced to the world at a launch party December 5, 2014 at, you guessed it, Inspiration Academy for the Performing Arts in Virginia Beach, Virginia, where the very first official Island Hop game was played. The games’ popularity, unique function, and benefits are unlike any other game on the market. It’s definitely in a genre all by itself and we have a utility patent for that unique function of the game. Island Hop is gender neutral and any age can play it, enjoy it, and win it! There is literally no skill or strategy needed, but luck does need to be on your side. But don’t be fooled by the lack of strategy needed. Island Hop is extremely exciting, addictive, engaging, intense, challenging, competitive, and yes, EASY to play, but HARD to win!
